Hope Vaccaro

Hope Vaccaro has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hope is currently the Director of HR / Talent Acquisition at Vector Security. Prior to this, they worked at ELLWOOD as the HR Director / Talent Management from 2018 to 2022. Hope also held the role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Evoqua Water Technologies from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Consulting Services/Independent from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at ANSYS, Inc. Hope also served as the Vice President, Recruiting Manager at PNC from 2010 to 2011. Hope Vaccaro has held various roles at BNY Mellon, including Vice President, Diversity Recruitment Leader from 2008 to 2010, Vice President, HR Operations Manager from 2007 to 2008, Vice President, Recruiting Manager from 2004 to 2007, Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner from 2000 to 2004, and Officer, Recruiter from 1997 to 1999.

Hope Vaccaro has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University. Hope also holds a Master of Science in Education in Counseling from Duquesne University.
