Lior Abir Bernstein

Lior Abir Bernstein has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2002, Lior worked as a Special Population Instructor for the IDF until 2004. Following that, Lior held roles as an HR Coordinator at LivePerson from 2007 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Bioness Inc. from 2008 to 2012. At Bioness Inc., Lior was responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, training, and welfare activities.

In 2012, Lior joined CEVA as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. During this time, Lior reengineered the company's recruitment process, implemented an HR management software system, and managed compensation and benefits plans. Lior remained with CEVA until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Lior served as the Head of Human Resources for both Uniquely and Clexio Biosciences, two start-up companies. In these roles, Lior developed strategic HR plans, established HR infrastructures, and provided support to company management and leadership.

In 2020, Lior joined SeeTrue AI as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, Lior introduced HR infrastructures, implemented organizational culture and internal communication strategies, and developed and implemented HR strategies for workforce planning. Lior also implemented various policies and procedures such as employee evaluation programs and onboarding/offboarding processes. Lior remained with SeeTrue AI until 2022.

Currently, Lior is working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Vectorious Medical Technologies, starting in 2023.

Lior Abir Bernstein has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Yigal Alon High School in Ramat Hasharon, where they studied various subjects without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. After completing high school, Lior Abir Bernstein enrolled in Bar-Ilan University from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology. In 2008, they also participated in a Social Media Recruitment Workshop at HRD, further expanding their knowledge in the field. Later, Lior Abir Bernstein attended Netanya Academic College from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior.
