Jae Jun

Jae Jun is currently the VP Talent at Redpanda Data, where Jae leads a global talent team to attract, hire and grow top talent for their modern streaming data platform. Prior to this role, Jae worked at Adobe in various talent operations positions, and at Google in staffing and recruiting roles within YouTube Engineering and Nest Labs. With a background in marketing communications and product marketing at Lam Research, Jae's career has been marked by a focus on talent acquisition and development in technology and innovation-driven industries. Jae holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and double minors in Japanese Language & Asian Studies from San Jose State University.
