Anna Salonga

Anna Salonga currently serves as the VP of HR at Vectra AI, having joined the company in March 2025. Previously, Anna held the position of Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner for R&D & Customer Experience at Lookout from August 2021 to March 2025, where significant contributions were made during a phase of expansion and restructuring. Prior experience includes Sr. Director, Human Resources - Worldwide at Vectra AI from January 2017 to August 2021, supporting the company's growth from 120 to over 400 employees. Anna also worked at Aruba Networks (an HPE Company) as Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Engineering & CTO, providing strategic HR support to approximately 1,700 employees.
