Pratima Lohar

Pratima Lohar is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security research and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Security Researcher at Vectra AI since February 2025, Pratima has previously held roles such as Detection Engineer at IBM, Threat Researcher at BlackBerry, and Security Researcher at The Hack Report and Red Team Hacker Academy. Pratima began an academic journey in the field of information systems, earning a Master of Science from the University of Galway and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. Prior to the current role, Pratima worked as a Senior Engineer at NTT DATA, Inc., where a solid foundation in engineering was established. Additionally, Pratima has contributed as a SQL tutor, assisting undergraduate students in mastering SQL queries.
