Kunal Raina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and operations roles within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Technical Subject Matter Expert at Vedang Cellular Services Pvt. Ltd since November 2022, Kunal previously held the position of Service Assurance Lead at Quess Corp Limited from April 2022 to October 2022. Prior to this, Kunal worked at Maksat from November 2018 to March 2022, progressing from Team Leader to Co-ordinator, where notable achievements included managing multiple circles and achieving a 97% SLA as a Planning Coordinator. Kunal began the career as a Field Engineer at MTNL during a brief industrial training. Academically, Kunal holds a postgraduate diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior.
