Pradnya Sawant

Pradnya Sawant has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Pradnya is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vedanta | Sesa Goa Iron Ore since November 2022. Previously, they held the position of Head of HR at Kay Bee Exports from August 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Enaltec Labs Pvt Ltd from December 2021 to September 2022. Pradnya also worked as the Head HR at Powerica Limited from March 2018 to January 2022. Pradnya has also served as the Group Human Resources Manager at CDSL India from November 2005 to March 2018. Pradnya started their career as an HR coordinator at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts from October 2004 to October 2005.

Pradnya Sawant has a diverse education history. In 1999-2001, they obtained a BCom degree in Commerce from V.G. Vaze College in Mulund. Pradnya further pursued their education and completed a Masters of Labour Studies from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Study from 2002-2004. In 2015-2016, Pradnya attended XLRI, Jamshedpur, where they obtained a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources Development. Additionally, they completed a fellowship in HR and OD from Carlton University, focusing on certificates in Organization Development, HR Analytics, Compensation and Benefits, and Competency Development.
