Dr. Devanand Shanmugasundaram

Dr. Devanand Shanmugasundaram has extensive experience in toxicology and compliance within clinical research. Currently serving as Assistant Manager in Compliance & Operations at Vedic Lifesciences Clinical Research since September 2020, Dr. Shanmugasundaram previously held the position of Scientist at Bioscience Research Foundation from November 2016 to September 2020, where involvement in OECD-GLP facility training and conducting various OECD test guidelines was pivotal. Earlier roles included Junior Research Fellow at Translational Research Platform for Veterinary Biologicals and Project Assistant at Tezpur University and Loyola College. Dr. Shanmugasundaram earned a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Madras, complemented by a Master's in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's in Zoology from the same institution.
