Adelina Manolea

Adelina Manolea is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in managing technical teams and providing customer support across various companies. Currently serving as the Technical Support Team Leader at Veeam Software since August 2017, Adelina oversees the Bucharest T1 Technical EMEA Support Team, ensuring technical readiness, conducting case reviews, and addressing knowledge gaps. Previous roles include Customer Support Engineer and Junior Customer Support Engineer at Veeam, as well as positions at Oracle, IBM, Honeywell Security Group, GENPACT, and World Phoning Group, where responsibilities ranged from troubleshooting technical issues to offering exceptional customer service. Adelina holds a degree in Interpretation and Translation from Universitatea Bucuresti, completed in 2011.
