Steven Higgs

Steven Higgs has worked in the software engineering field since 2001. Steven began their career at Claricom as a Developer, where they worked on industrial print design software. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Serif as a Senior Web Developer, where they re-engineered the entire web platform for increased scalability and usability. Steven then moved to Internova as a Senior Web Developer before joining EIBS as a Web Developer/Scrum Master. At EIBS, they did a lot of integration work with third-party systems.

In 2011, Steven joined Waterstons as a Senior Consultant. Steven then moved to Tombola.co.uk in 2012, where they held the roles of Senior Developer and Project Lead. In 2014, they joined OpenTable as a Senior Developer, and then moved to SaleCycle in 2015, where they held the roles of Software Engineer and Software Engineering Team Leader. In 2018, Steven joined GSK as a Principal Engineer, and in 2021, they joined VEED.IO as Chief Architect and Senior API Engineer/Architect.

Steven Higgs completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham between 1998 and 2001.
