Shiran Chai

Shiran Chai has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Production Intern for the MY HERO Film Festival, where they researched and categorized films and prepared media for the awards ceremony. In 2018, they interned as a Corporate Sponsorship Intern at Film Independent, where they organized sponsor kits and assisted with on-site sponsor management. Also in 2018, they worked as a Production Manager and House Manager at Trojan Event Services, where they oversaw event production, managed venue marketing, and handled client communication. They also worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at The District by Hannah An, where they assisted with event inquiries, designed social media posts, and increased social media activity. In 2019, they worked as an Art Department Assistant at USC School of Dramatic Arts. They also have experience as a Freelance Set Dresser/Art Dept. Production Assistant. In 2020, they worked as an Assistant Director at Malenki Theatre, where they conducted research, edited scripts, and strategized solutions for pre-production. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a User Experience Consultant at UserTesting, advising clients on usability and aesthetics for websites and mobile applications. In 2022, they worked as a Digital Media Designer at Generation Marketing, creating marketing materials and designs that align with client goals. Currently, they are employed as a Junior Marketing Coordinator at Veego, where they manage social media content, strategize and execute B2B campaigns, and analyze data for insights.

Shiran Chai is currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., with an expected graduation year of 2022. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, Shiran completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California. The degree was in Narrative Studies, with a minor in Cinematic Arts.
