Joao Aguiam

Joao Aguiam is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader with a strong background in software development and project management. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Veertly, Joao focuses on creating an event management platform for virtual gatherings, promoting meaningful networking experiences. Joao also bootstraps new projects as an independent entrepreneur from January 2024. Previously, Joao co-founded ventures like gomada and padely, and served as a Cloud Success Manager at One Step Beyond Group, where blockchain initiatives and Dynamics 365 implementations were key responsibilities. With a Master's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and further education in entrepreneurship and design thinking from prestigious institutions, Joao possesses a robust skill set in technology and leadership, underpinned by a commitment to innovation and meaningful interactions.
