Bella Kapsheev

Bella Kapsheev has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bella started their career in the Israeli Military Intelligence, where they held multiple HR positions and eventually became the Chief HR Commander. After leaving the military, they joined Darca Schools as the Director of Fundraising, Marketing, and Public Relations, where they focused on strengthening the educational system in Israel's periphery. Bella then moved on to Profimex as the Director of Sales and Investor Relations, where they introduced international real estate investment opportunities to investors. Currently, Bella is working at Veev as the Vice President of Customer Relations, contributing to the improvement of the real estate experience. Bella is also the Chairwoman of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Veev.

Bella Kapsheev began their education journey in 2006 at Bar-Ilan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social and Political Sciences. Bella dedicated herself to their studies and completed their undergraduate program in 2010. After a brief hiatus, Bella furthered their education in 2016 by attending Scola Entrepreneurship School.
