James Berkshire

James Berkshire possesses extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as the Manager of Field Operations and Senior Superintendent at Veev since July 2021. Berkshire has developed and implemented logistical processes for closed wall residential modular systems, while effectively managing field challenges related to scheduling and constructability. Previous roles include Lead Superintendent at Angeles Contractors, overseeing a $45 million ground-up Marriott project, and comparable positions at Monarch Hospitality Group, where a $44 million Marriott property was constructed. Berkshire also directed diverse construction projects at KKG, Inc., managing projects valued between $40 million and $200 million, and held significant leadership positions at Crestwood, Inc. with a focus on project management and site supervision.
