Or P. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Project Engineer at Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd. From 2016 to 2018, Or worked as a Construction Projects Manager at ENGELINVEST GROUP, a global investment corporation. In 2018, they co-founded Unicon Construction Solutions.
