Doug Caldwell

Doug Caldwell is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in commercial strategy, information management, and system integration, currently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Customer Architecture at Veeva Systems since 2015. Prior to Veeva, Doug held various leadership roles at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included managing business relationship teams and directing information systems strategy for commercial functions. Doug also founded D. Caldwell Consulting, Inc., focusing on optimizing pharmaceutical business processes, and was a principal consultant at PwC, overseeing a Customer Analytics practice. Doug's early career included significant technical roles at Lockheed Martin. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
