Essence Cox

Essence Cox is an Associate Product Support Engineer at Veeva Systems since August 2023, providing global support for Veeva Vault and integrations with Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com, while troubleshooting critical production issues and assisting client administrators. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Software Developer at Etactics from February 2022 to August 2023, where Essence contributed to the development and deployment of web-based applications and collaborated with stakeholders to enhance products and services. A graduate of Tech Elevator's Java Development Bootcamp in December 2021, Essence developed a command line application as a part of the program. Previous roles also include serving as a Sterile Processing Technician and Endoscopy Service Leader at University Hospitals from December 2018 to August 2021 and an intern at WellWorks, Ohio University, where Essence focused on health promotion through community service events. Essence holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Ohio University.
