Irena Glushin

Irena Glushin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Vault Safety at Veeva Systems since April 2024, Irena focuses on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance. Prior tenure at Veeva Systems from 2014 to 2023 included roles such as Senior Director of Global Commercial Customer Success and Principal Consultant in Quality, RIM, and Clinical practices. Additional experience includes a Managing Consultant position at IBM, leading a project for Bayer to implement a global Quality document management system, and working as a Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Irena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, attained in 2000.
