Joey Zhang

Joey Zhang (CAHRI) currently serves as the VP of Employee Success for Asia at Veeva Systems, overseeing HR strategy and operations for the region. Previously, Joey held the position of Vice President of Global HR at MongoDB, leading various global HR functions and compliance initiatives. Prior to that, Joey served as Senior Director of Regional HR and Employee Experience at Manhattan Associates, managing HR operations across APAC and new markets. Additional experience includes coaching and HR leadership roles at HausCoach Independent and Anne Street Partners, along with serving as Group Human Resources Business Partner in the hospitality and entertainment sector. Joey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management and has achieved accreditation as an Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
