Kaija Hupila

Kaija Hupila is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for North American Contracts at Veeva Systems since July 2022. Previously, Kaija held the positions of Acting Co-General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Epic from June 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating multi-million dollar software agreements and managing a diverse litigation docket. Prior to that, Kaija worked as an Associate Attorney at Jenner & Block from September 2008 to May 2014, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Kaija holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Political Science and Classics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
