Jacob Bowen

Jacob Bowen is a SQL Developer/Business Analyst at Vega Cloud. Jacob has also worked as an electronic repair technician, crew chief, and arena facility supervisor.

Jacob began their career in 2012 as an Arena Facility Supervisor at Angel of The Winds Arena. In this role, they were responsible for the upkeep of the arena and ensuring that it ran smoothly. Jacob also provided customer service and interacted with customers as needed.

In 2016, Jacob became a Crew Chief at Traxx Indoor Raceway. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of employees and making sure that they were completing their tasks correctly. Jacob also had to maintain the indoor raceway and make sure that it was clean and safe for customers.

Later that year, Jacob began working as an Electronic Repair Technician at CPR Cell Phone Repair. In this role, they were responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing smart phones and other mobile devices. Jacob also had to accurately document repairs and parts information on repair tracking documents / work orders and in the point of sale computer tracking system.

Jacob is currently working as a SQL Developer/Business Analyst at Vega Cloud. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining the company's SQL databases. Jacob also provides support to the company's business users by analyzing business requirements and developing appropriate solutions.

Their manager is Kris Bliesner, CEO, Cloud Evangelist, & Pioneer. They are on a team with Jason Foster - Cloud Strategist & Architecture Extraordinaire, Mike Brown - CTO, and Leslie Ho - UX Designer.
