Amlan Pal

Amlan Pal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Vegam Solutions since October 2022, Amlan has contributed to the development of features in the vMaint CMMS software and successfully created a realistic demo for customer engagement. Prior roles include General Manager of Maintenance at Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd., Head of Maintenance at Detox India Pvt. Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of Plant Engineering at HSIL Ltd. Amlan has also held significant positions at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited and Sterlite Copper, where project management and engineering leadership were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes an Executive Trainee position at Hindustan Unilever Limited. Amlan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
