Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor and Launch Consultant at Hustle & Blush Inc., where they provided expertise in supply chain management and sales inventory operations planning.

Candice also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Algenist, where they successfully launched a new franchise and oversaw various aspects of commercialization, supply chain, and inventory management. At Murad, they served as the Vice President of Operations and later took on the role of Interim COO. 🚀Candice M.'sresponsibilities included managing supply chain operations globally for the company's omnichannel distribution model and leading the commercialization of new product development launches.
