Robert Schaeffler

Robert Schaeffler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert is currently serving as the President of VEGAMOUR since October 2022. Robert is also a Board Member at Freck Beauty since January 2023. In 2022, they were the Executive Chair and Founding Team Member at Stealth. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they were the CEO of DevaCurl. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of General Manager Sexy Hair, Kenra Professional & CEO of #mydentity at Henkel. Robert was also the General Manager of Kenra Professional and Regional Sales Director Asia-Pacific from 2015 to 2018. Robert founded and served as the CEO of #mydentity, the first Pro influencer brand from 2015 to 2018. Robert also worked as the General Manager and Regional Sales Director Asia-Pacific at Henkel from 2013 to 2015. Further, they served as the Director in the Board Office of Beauty Care at Henkel from 2010 to 2013. Before joining Henkel, they had various roles at Unilever, Lufthansa, and HUGO BOSS, where they gained experience in international brand management, PR, and marketing.

Robert Schaeffler obtained their first Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University. Robert attended this institution from 2002 to 2006, completing their degree in that same year. Schaeffler then pursued further education and earned another Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from CUHK Business School, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In 2006, they briefly attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business for an additional Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. However, no specific field of study is provided for any of their educational experiences.
