Peter Housden-Rowe is the Head of Regulatory & Technology Group at the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA), where Peter specializes in technical policy for approval activities and regulation development. With experience as a Principal Engineer in heavy duty and NRMM engine emissions testing, as well as a Graduate Engineer in various placements across different engineering fields, Peter has a strong background in the automotive industry. Peter holds a degree in Motorsport Engineering from the University of the West of England and has also gained valuable work experience at companies like McLaren Racing and Morgan Motor Company.
