Scott Lawrence has been in the customer service industry for over two decades. Scott began their career in 1997 as a Business Development Manager and Northeast Region Customer Service Manager for Teletrac Inc. In 2012, they joined Rand McNally as a Field Customer Service Specialist, Manager of Customer Experience, and Senior Manager of Field Service. In 2015, Scott moved to SmartDrive Systems as a Customer Success Program Manager and in 2021, they became the Customer Success Director of Strategic Accounts for IntelliShift.
Scott Lawrence attended the Computer Learning Center from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Computer Network Systems with a focus in Computer Networks. Scott also attended Niles North High School.
