Sherri Singh has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. Sherri began their career as a Customer Service Representative at a Tmobile Dealer, where they worked until 2015. Sherri then moved on to AT&T, where they worked as a Customer Support Analyst until 2019. After that, they became a Network Support Engineer at Allbridge until 2021. Sherri is currently employed at Witbe as a Network Support Engineer, and will soon move on to IntelliShift, where they will work as a Customer Support Engineer.

Sherri Singh has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Cuyahoga Community College. Sherri also holds a High School Diploma from Jfk memorial high school, iselin, nj (2009-2011) and a High School Diploma from Lodi high school, lodi, nj (2007-2009). In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications from CompTIA, Cisco, and Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, including CompTIA A+ (2021), CompTIA Network+ (2021), CompTIA Security+ (2020), Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) (2020), and ACMA (2020).
