Josh Coutts

Josh Coutts has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Josh is currently working as the Sr. Director of Product Management - Service Drive Solutions at Vehlo since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rapid Recon from July 2021 to May 2023, where they served as the Director of Product Management, leading the research, development, execution, and launch of new products. Josh also worked as a Product Manager from July 2016 to July 2021, where they focused on product planning, execution, and driving customer service and revenue goals. Before joining Rapid Recon, Josh worked at izmocars, where they held various roles, including Manager of Support and Manager, Dealer Partner Program. In these roles, they managed accessory processes and systems, provided support and training to dealership clients, and expanded client acquisition. Josh started their career at Michaels Toyota of Bellevue, where they held progressive sales positions from March 2005 to August 2012.

Josh Coutts attended Trailhead by Salesforce from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hawaii Pacific University from 2003 to 2005, and Seattle University from 2000 to 2003.
