Rick Mooijman

Rick Mooijman has extensive experience in IT and management roles, currently serving as Scrum Master and IT Change Manager at Gemeente Den Haag since December 2016, and Informatiemanager Bevolkingszorg at Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden since May 2021. Previous positions include System Specialist at Groupe OPEN Nederland B.V., IT Change Manager and IT Systems Administrator at Fujitsu Technology Solutions Nederland, and Consultant at Provide Consulting. Rick Mooijman also has experience in information security assessments for Dutch municipalities and officiated as a referee for IJshockey Nederland from January 2018 to August 2024. Academically, Rick Mooijman holds a degree in Business IT and Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2008 and 2011.
