Marjolijn Hoobroeckx has extensive experience in public service and organizational innovation, currently serving as Adviseur Kwaliteit en Innovatie at Gemeente Haarlem since October 2003. In various roles, Marjolijn has contributed to innovation projects and developments in municipal services, safety, and permits, while also focusing on creating a flexible organizational structure that fosters employee development. Additional responsibilities have included managing processes related to public space notifications, quality improvement initiatives, and the implementation of new application systems. Concurrently, since July 2014, Marjolijn has held the position of Hoofd Publieke Zorg at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland, coordinating population care during crises. Marjolijn holds a Master of Laws degree from Utrecht University, completed in 2003.
