Luciana Maffei

Luciana Maffei is an experienced legal professional specializing in M&A, venture capital, and corporate law. Currently serving as an attorney at Veirano Advogados since November 2023, Luciana previously held roles at TozziniFreire Advogados and Coppini & Rocco Sociedade de Advogados. Luciana has a solid foundation in law, starting as an intern at various esteemed institutions, including the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office.
