Hedda Ferrington

Hedda Ferrington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and finance. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Consultant at Vektor Consulting since October 2023, Ferrington previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Communication at Nexans, where responsibilities included shaping HR strategy and enhancing company culture. Ferrington's previous roles include HR Director positions at TechnipFMC and Technip, as well as HR leadership at Alstom Power and AS Norske Shell. With a solid foundation in finance from earlier roles at Western Bulk Carriers, Celerant Consulting, Nycomed Pharma, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ferrington holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
