Kjartan Tollefsen Laupstad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and organizational development. Currently a Partner at Vektor Consulting since January 2022, Kjartan has previously held the same role at Varde Hartmark from November 2014 to December 2021, engaging in over 30 projects across various sectors, including retail, energy, banking, and public services, focusing on strategy development, market analysis, and reputation management. Prior to these roles, Kjartan co-founded Spoon Train AS, a music management company, and held various positions in social services and civil service representation.
