Adam Rauf

Adam Rauf is an accomplished professional in the fields of recreation and security with extensive experience in high-end hospitality settings. Currently serving as the Director of Recreation & Security at Velaa Private Island in the Maldives since April 2021, Adam previously held the position of Security Manager at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas from September 2016 to April 2021, and served as Assistant Security Manager at Anantara and Naladhu Maldives from October 2014 to September 2016. Adam's career began in the Maldives National Defence Force as an Instructor from June 2002 to October 2014. Adam's education includes training from CIJW School, a disaster management program, Dite, field first aid and emergency response, and rescue swimming and life saving.
