Zinthiya Zafir has a robust career in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Reservations Manager at Velaa Private Island in the Maldives since October 2023. Previously, Zinthiya held the same title at Velassaru Maldives from December 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Service Manager at BetMakers Technology Group and Reservations Team Leader & Rooms Controller at One&Only Resorts. Zinthiya's career began with experience at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, AMAN, Agoda, and Cinnamon Grand Colombo, showcasing a strong focus on reservations and customer service.
