Joe Celentano

Joe Celentano is an experienced Transmission System Operator at Velco since December 2007, responsible for ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System through real-time actions. Prior to this role, Joe served as a Resource Scheduler at Central Vermont Public Service from April 2002 to December 2007. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Providence College, earned between 1989 and 1993, and attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy.
