Scott Mallory

Scott Mallory is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and industry-specific roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at velco.com since September 2006, Scott has managed significant projects such as the Franklin County Line Upgrade, valued at $92.8 million. Previously, from 2008 to 2012, Scott contributed as a Board Member for the Vermont Mountain Bike Association, advocating for cyclists and fostering collaboration between trail users and land managers. With earlier positions at VELCO and Washington Electric Cooperative, Inc., including roles as NEPOOL/ISO-NE Market Liaison and Director of Planning & Regulation, Scott has developed a robust skill set in resource planning and regulatory affairs. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from the University of Vermont (1986-1990) and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1996.
