Madelyn Benninger

Madelyn Benninger is a seasoned professional with a strong background in employee experience and legal support. Currently serving as a DEI & Employee Experience Analyst at Velera since April 2022, Madelyn is responsible for program strategy, execution, and fostering inclusivity through employee surveys and engagement initiatives. Previously, Madelyn demonstrated expertise as a Litigation Paralegal at The Business Trial Group of Morgan & Morgan, P.A., where responsibilities included scheduling, document preparation, and support for attorneys in various legal proceedings. Additional experience includes roles as a Firm Administrator & Paralegal at Calandro Law, Case Manager at Vinson Law PA, Client Care Coordinator at RE/MAX Alliance, and Student Aide at Creative Minds International Public Charter School. Madelyn holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The George Washington University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
