Robin M. Kinsey

Robin M. Kinsey is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic business liaison roles and IT management. Currently serving as Manager in the IT Strategic Business Liaison Office at Velera since May 2024, Kinsey previously held a similar position at PSCU from April 2020 until the rebranding. Kinsey's tenure at the Florida Department of Financial Services spanned from 2003 to 2019, where contributions included leading a $225M initiative to transition to a new financial management solution, advancing to Deputy Chief Information Officer, and implementing key IT strategies across multiple departments. Prior experience encompasses various leadership roles focused on project management, system optimization, and policy creation, including significant contributions to the launch of Florida's first online unemployment system. Kinsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
