An Zheng

An Zheng has work experience in the field of bioinformatics and software engineering. They worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Velia since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Google from May 2022 to March 2023. They also had internships at Google, serving as a Research Intern from May 2021 to August 2021, and as a Software Engineer Intern from June 2020 to September 2020. Their first internship at Google was in 2019, where they worked as a Software Engineer Intern from June 2019 to September 2019.

An Zheng began their education at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Information Engineering in 2015. They then pursued further education at UC San Diego and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2015 to 2017. An Zheng continued their academic journey at UC San Diego and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from 2017 to 2022.
