Tanner Pratt

Tanner Pratt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head Of Growth, Data at Velir since June 2024, Tanner is responsible for leading the Business Development team to expand the company’s brand and business into new sectors. Previous roles include Senior Vice President, Engineering and Data at ANDMORE and Head of Data Streaming - Global Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where Tanner led global streaming services and optimized customer infrastructure. Tanner has also significantly contributed to Ancestry as a Senior Data Architect and Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Platform, driving major modernization initiatives and successful cloud migrations. Tanner holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
