Brian Litherland

Brian Litherland has extensive work experience in transportation engineering. Brian currently holds the position of Chief Transportation Engineer at Velis, where they provide advice and expertise to organizations to improve their business performance. Prior to Velis, Brian worked as the Chief Engineer of the Indiana Division at Lochmueller Group, overseeing operations and projects related to highway and structural design. Brian also worked as a Construction Inspector at the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Brian Litherland attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
