Nilesh Bhawsar has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Assistant Manager Legal & Compliances at Velnik India Pvt Ltd since April 2019, where responsibilities include litigation management, intellectual property rights matters across 45 countries, and compliance with land revenue and labor laws. Previously, Nilesh held the position of Assistant Manager Legal & Compliances at Ruchi Soya from July 2013 to March 2019, focusing on various types of litigation, brand protection under intellectual property rights, and factory compliance. Prior to that, Nilesh worked as Officer Legal & Compliances at Kriti Industries Ltd from October 2010 to June 2013 and at Ambika Refinery Mandsaur from October 2004 to September 2010, both roles involving a comprehensive range of litigation matters.
