Adam Chesney

Adam Chesney has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Adam currently works at Velo Payments as a Lead Platform Engineer, where they are responsible for designing new platform features, integrating payment rails, and enhancing platform security. Previously, they worked at AI Music as a Lead Platform Engineer, where they designed and implemented a cloud-native platform for a mobile app. Adam also founded Cloudburst Strategy Ltd, a company that helps businesses leverage cloud technology. Before that, they served as CTO & Engineer at Screen Time Labs, where they built infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. Adam has also worked at Oracle as a Principal Software Developer and at Comtec Group Ltd as a Travel Gateway Architect. Adam started their career at Spreadsheet Link Ltd as a Software Engineer.

Adam Chesney's education history begins in 1984 at The Dolphin Montessori School. Adam attended this school from 1984 to 1989. Following this, they went on to Leighton Park School in Reading from 1989 to 1992, where they completed their GCSE's. From 1992 to 1994, Adam attended Sir William Borlase's Grammar School and obtained their A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and Economics. Finally, they attended the University of Bristol from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, specifically an MEng.
