Benny Buller

Benny Buller is the founder and CEO of VELO3D. Benny has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and solar industries. Benny was previously the vice president of solar module technology integration at First Solar, where they were responsible for the company's photovoltaic module roadmap, including improvements in module efficiency, cost reduction, and module design for balance of system optimization and reliability. Benny also served as the VP of engineering and technology at Solyndra, where they were responsible for the company's photovoltaic module roadmap. Prior to that, they were the director of e-beam mask products at Applied Materials. Benny has also served on the board of directors for Soraa Laser Diodes and Consumer Physics.

Benny Buller has a MSc in Applied Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BSc in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
