Jessie Lockhart

Jessie Lockhart is the Chief People Officer at VELO3D. Jessie has over eight years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on developing HR infrastructure to position their companies for growth, M&A, and future success.

Prior to joining VELO3D, Jessie was the Director of Human Resources at CPP, Inc., a leader in workforce development solutions. During their time at CPP, Jessie implemented Halogen Software across the company, including the Talent Management System, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, and Job Profiles. Jessie also spearheaded full-cycle staffing and recruitment, and managed company-wide performance management and employee relations.

Jessie has a track record of delivering learning and development programs that drive employee engagement. Jessie is also an expert in employee benefits, having managed market analyses and plan redesigns that have resulted in significant cost savings for employees and their companies.

In addition to their HR experience, Jessie has also participated on strategic planning and visioning committees to develop and execute corporate initiatives.

Their manager is Benny Buller, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with John Murray - VP, Global Business Development, Renette Youssef - Chief Marketing Officer, and Steve Starner - VP, Sales North America.
