Kristine Hughes

Kristine Hughes is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing and Call Center industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Velocitii since September 2019, Kristine oversees daily operations across various sectors, including healthcare and customer service programs. Prior to this role, Kristine held the position of Assistant Vice President of Operations at Claims Recovery Financial Services, LLC, from January 2010 to June 2018, leading a team of 76 employees and successfully achieving revenue goals while enhancing process efficiency and quality. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College and an A.A. in Liberal Arts from Genesee Community College.
