Mike Bassett

Mike Bassett is the Director of Training and Quality Assurance at Velocitii. Mike has over ten years of experience in managing compliance and training teams through acquisitions and developing new training curriculum. Prior to joining Velocitii, Mike was the Senior Manager of Compliance and Training at Transworld Systems Inc., where they led the team through the acquisition of NCI as well as Alltran. Mike also played a key role in transitioning all content and historical data from NCI Learning Management System to the TSI Learning Management system.

Before joining Transworld Systems Inc., Mike was the Operations Strategy Manager at West Asset Management, where they were responsible for analyzing, evaluating and developing operations strategy plans. Mike also has experience working in the student loan industry and has developed a new hire training curriculum that allows for the content to be trained remotely for a global operation.

Mike Bassett is an accountant who graduated from Texas State University with a degree in accounting.
