Zuri Langhorn Baker

Zuri Langhorn Baker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global People Operations at Velocity Global, Zuri has held significant roles at Opendoor, including Sr. Director and Director of People Operations. Previous experience includes leadership in HR Systems at KATERRA and various positions at GoDaddy, culminating in Director of HR Operations. Zuri has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Apollo Education Group. Zuri holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bentley University.
