Dushyant Thandele

Dushyant Thandele has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Dushyant is currently working with Velocity as part of the Founder's Office, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining McKinsey, Dushyant worked at EXL from January 2019 to July 2020, where they held the position of Senior Consultant. Prior to that, they served as a Consultant II from July 2017 to December 2018.

Dushyant also gained valuable experience at CARS24, where they held the role of Deputy Manager - Business Insights and Strategy from April 2017 to July 2017, and Assistant Manager - Business Insights and Strategy from May 2016 to March 2017.

Additionally, Dushyant had a summer internship experience at Buildzar.com in 2015, where they worked on creating algorithms for an online product called Beztimate, which was a tool for estimating construction materials and costs.

Dushyant Thandele completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1999 to 2011, where they obtained their High School degree in Science.

In addition to their formal education, Dushyant Thandele has also pursued various certifications. In January 2021, they obtained a certification in "Git Going Fast: One Hour Git Crash Course" from Udemy and "Software Engineering for Data Scientists in Python" from DataCamp.

Earlier in September 2020, they completed certifications in "Introduction to Linear Modeling in Python" and "Statistical Thinking in Python (Part 1)" from DataCamp. In September 2019, Dushyant Thandele completed the "Machine Learning A-Z™: Hands-On Python & R In Data Science" certification from Udemy.
